The Institute has a large reserve of SDP practitioners who are committed to assist in developing agoras. Some of the leading practitioners, in addition to Dr. Christakis, are:

  • Oguz Baburoglu, founder and consultant for Arama Participatory Consulting Ltd., Turkey.
  • Surinder Batra, Ph.D. Director and Principal Consultant, Centre for Interactive Management, India, with international clients such as ILO Geneva, German Agency for Technical Cooperation, Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, and ASEAN Secretariat, Jakarta. He has authored three books published in India, including his last, Organizational Development.
  • Alda Roxana Cardenas Esparza, Full Professor and Head of the Systems Engineering Dept. in the School of Engineering and Architecture at the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) in Monterrey, Mexico. With J.N. Warfield she is co-author of the Handbook of Interactive Management.
  • Kate Cherrington, Advancement of Maori Opportunity, Aotearoa,New Zealand.
  • Ali Granmayeh, advisor to senior executives in international strategy and technology consulting. Fellow Center for eBusiness, Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

  • Marios Michaelides, M.Sc. Training Officer A, Cyprus Academy of Public Administration since 1992; Talented facilitator with an incredible reputation on the island for his "bi-communal citizen dialogue groups.

  • Matthew Shapiro, Executive Director, Mary Parker Follett Foundation.
  • Reynaldo Trevino-Cisneros, M.S. Advisor for the Presidential Office for Public Policies in Mexico City; facilitator of the national project e-Mexico; co-designer of Results Strategic System, which will deploy, for the entire Mexican society, a set of permanently actualized indicators related to the development of the whole country.
  • Ioanna Tsivacou, Ph.D. Visiting professor at the Panteion University of Athens; consultant to multinational companies and Greek public agencies; author of scientific papers and books: A Challenge for Systems Thinking: the Aegean Seminar (as editor, in English), and (in Greek) Under the Gaze of the Observer and The Itinerary of the Self in the Workplace.
