The Institute has a large reserve of SDP practitioners who
are committed to assist in developing agoras. Some of the
leading practitioners, in addition to Dr. Christakis, are:
- Oguz Baburoglu, founder and consultant for Arama
Participatory Consulting Ltd., Turkey.
- Surinder Batra, Ph.D. Director and Principal Consultant,
Centre for Interactive Management, India, with international
clients such as ILO Geneva, German Agency for Technical
Cooperation, Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation,
and ASEAN Secretariat, Jakarta. He has authored three books
published in India, including his last, Organizational
Development.
- Alda Roxana Cardenas Esparza, Full Professor and Head
of the Systems Engineering Dept. in the School of Engineering
and Architecture at the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios
Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) in Monterrey, Mexico. With
J.N. Warfield she is co-author of the Handbook of Interactive
